'Overpowering and sudden loss'

I am devastated at the loss of Tim Russert. He was such an amazing man and I admired tremendously. He was authentic, honest, brilliant and while he may have had to ask a question over and over and over until he got an answer, he never did it with malice, hostility or simply to be provocative. His questions were thoughtful & often more interesting than his guests answers and the enormous passion for his work, love of his family and incredible amount of homework invested was evident. He possessed all of the traits that I value and respect and he will be missed by many.
