Simon's story is sad..but with your help we can shine some light on his little life and make sure he gets his happy ending! His owner died. When relatives where packing up the house they left the door open and grieving Simon ran out was hit by a car. They then dumped him at the shelter with a broken pelvis to die. When a dog has a broken pelvis it can heal on it's own (like a broken rib) but Simon will have to be confined for 30 days at the vet's office. The Rescue Train's amazing vet Dr. Nunez @ Animal Medical Center in Van Nuys can give Simon the care he needs. A Rescue Train volunteer has hopes to pull him out of the shelter today. We know we can rehabilitate this little guy and find him a loving home but we need your help!!
